Jamison Green has been delivering high-quality workplace presentations about transgender and transsexual issues and experience since 1989.
For any corporate or institutional environment, Mr. Green will work with your company's human resources, legal, or diversity team to create a customized plan for managing a workplace transition, communicating with affected employees, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and complying with state and local laws concerning gender identity and/or expression.
What can you expect from Mr. Green's workplace training? He will:
Assist management in communicating with a transitioning employee and developing a formal transition plan
Address management concerns and provide educational background
Present basic education to affected co-workers to create an understanding and discrimination-free environment
Train Human Resources and Diversity champions within the company to carry knowledge forward
Coach transitioning employees in maintaining workplace productivity
Work closely with management to assess needs within the organization relating to accepting diversity or adjusting to change
